He holds a Barchelors of Arts and a Masters of Arts degrees in Theology which he attained from South Western College, Oklahoma and Baptist Christian University in Shreveport. He is married to Gail Blalock and together they have two daughters. In 2007, he founded a non-denomination church: Word Of Life International Church - a global focussed church taking God's Word to the world and to the streets

Since 2002, Brian has been taking the love and power of Jesus to the nations and the local church. Brian is a part of Iris Global and the Bethel Leaders Network (Redding, CA). He has earned his Master’s Degree in Theology from The School of Divinity at Regent University, and has an Honorary Doctorate from the Faculade Teologica Cristocentrica in Brazil. Brian and his wife Valerie reside in Williamsburg, Virginia with their daughter Anastasia. Brian also serves as the Senior Leader and Pastor of The Dwelling Place Church in Richmond, VA and has planted churches in Virginia, Texas, Africa and Pakistan.
